Precaution

Empty stomach 2-4 hrs. before “Swarna Prashan” is the best way.

Avoid eating or drinking anything for next 20 – 30 min. because the absorption of the rasayana may reduce therefore the action may also reduce.

 

How to give:

If you want you can mix it with either with honey, milk, sugar or ghee.

Every day, firs thing in the morning or empty stomach or on the day of Pushya Nakshatra. or as prescribed by your doctor.

 

Time period :

This rasayana can be given until the age of 16 years starting right from birth.

This works well if given for minimum 12 consecutive times.

Storage and Expiry

Paste should be kept in room temperature and should not be exposed to direct sunlight. It should not be stored in refrigerator.

Expiry of Swarna Prashan paste is 12 months. So you can order and keep with you in case you are not in the city at the time of Pushya Nakshatra.
