1. Booking Policy

1.1 Appointment Booking
Online Booking: Appointments can be booked online through our official website ( Book an Appointment – Dr Shahs Ayurveda ) or mobile app.
Phone Booking: Patients can book appointments by calling our clinic during working hours.
In-Person Booking: Appointments can also be booked in person at the clinic reception.

 

1.2 Confirmation
All bookings will be confirmed via email or SMS within 24 hours of the booking request.
Please ensure you provide accurate contact details to receive confirmation and reminders.

1.3 Advance Payment
Some treatments may require an advance payment to secure the booking. This will be specified at the time of booking.

1.4 Arrival
Patients are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened consultation or treatment time.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation by Patient
24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time will receive a full refund of any advance payment.
Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation or treatment cost.

2.2 No Show
Patients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit any advance payment made.

2.3 Cancellation by Dr Shahs Panchakarma Ayurveda Clinic
In the unlikely event that the clinic needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, patients will be notified as soon as possible, and any advance payments will be fully refunded or applied to the rescheduled appointment.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Consultation Fees
Non-Refundable: Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted.

3.2 Treatment Packages
Unused Packages: For unused treatment packages, refunds will be provided if the cancellation is made within 14 days of purchase. A processing fee of 10% of the total package cost will be deducted.
Partially Used Packages: Refunds for partially used treatment packages will be calculated based on the individual session cost. The cost of used sessions and a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total package cost.

3.3 Products
Return Policy: Ayurvedic products purchased from our clinic can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging. A full refund or exchange will be provided.

4. Special Conditions

4.1 Emergency Situations
In case of an emergency or unavoidable circumstances, please contact the clinic as soon as possible. Special considerations may be made on a case-by-case basis.

4.2 Discounts and Offers
Refunds for appointments or treatments booked under promotional discounts or special offers will be calculated based on the discounted price paid.
